Dumpster Rental FAQs
-
Does Blue Bear Waste Services service my community?
Our hometown teams proudly serve the Metro Denver and Greater Phoenix regions. Contact a local pro to request dumpster rentals, recycling service, and turnkey site support in your area.
-
Do you offer commercial and residential waste solutions?
Blue Bear specializes in roll-off rentals and jobsite support for construction, commercial, and municipal projects. We do not currently offer weekly residential trash pickups or front-load waste collection.
-
Which dumpster size should I choose?
Great question. Blue Bear’s versatile roll-off rentals range in capacity from 12 to 40 cubic yards. When in doubt, let the Blue Bear pros help you choose a dumpster size. In the meantime, here’s a quick guide:
- 12-YARD ROLL-OFFS: Ideal for minor renovations, small roofing jobs, basement cleanouts, or heavy debris (concrete, rock, or asphalt).
- 20-YARD ROLL-OFFS: A go-to for bathroom and kitchen remodels, warehouse cleanouts, or mid-sized landscaping projects.
- 30-YARD ROLL-OFFS: Suited for tenant improvements, yard overhauls, or small construction builds.
- 40-YARD ROLL-OFFS: Best for commercial construction, full-site demolition, large-scale roofing jobs, or regulated waste (CO only).
-
How much waste can I load into my dumpster?
Blue Bear Waste Services’ dumpsters have a “maximum load level” sticker on the top. Waste material and construction debris cannot extend above the container’s top, and all trash must be secured inside the roll-off. If bins are overfilled, extra material must be leveled or offloaded before pickup.
-
What are the Denver and Phoenix dumpster rental limits?
Roll-off rental terms typically range from 7 to 14 days, but we’re happy to customize rental terms to suit your project. Contact our team for more information about scheduling roll-off rentals, requesting container pickup, or customizing rental timelines.
-
What types of materials are not allowed in my dumpster?
Here is the shortlist of no-go items, but disposal restrictions may vary based on local laws and environmental regulations. The rules can be confusing, and they may have changed since you last checked. When in doubt, ask a Blue Bear pro before you load your roll-off. Tossing off-limits materials may lead to (ouch) costly fines and legal trouble.

-
Where are your offices?
Our custom-built flagship location is in north Denver — but we now serve Phoenix customers, too! Wherever you are, Blue Bear’s waste and recycling facilities are strategically located for fast, dependable roll-off and dumpster service.
- Denver Headquarters: 461 East 66th Ave, Denver, CO 80229
- Phoenix Facility: 3045 S 43rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009
-
Can I speak with a local team member when I call?
Yes! That’s one of the reasons we’re Denver and Phoenix’s favorite hometown roll-off provider. No call centers or long hold times here. Just responsive, hands-on support from local account specialists.
-
Do you automatically schedule roll-off removal?
While we always ensure timely container placement, we never remove dumpsters without your say-so. Contact our team to schedule dumpster pickup, shorten your rental term, or extend your agreement.
-
Can I relocate my Phoenix or Denver dumpster once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, no — so please don’t risk it. Once Blue Bear places your dumpster, it needs to stay put. We have our reasons: Moving rental roll-offs without proper equipment could injure your crew or cause damage to your property or the container. Damage resulting from unauthorized dumpster moves will be billed directly to the customer.
-
Does my roll-off container have an access door?
Yes! All Blue Bear dumpsters include a rear door for easy customer access. Please ensure doors are fully closed before requesting dumpster removal.
-
What days do you provide roll-off service?
Our Denver and Phoenix facilities operate Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Contact our team to request roll-off rentals and jobsite support services.
-
Can you help me with recycling and LEED® requirements?
While services vary by location, environmental stewardship lies at the heart of our service model. Whenever possible, we love helping contractors and builders reach sustainability goals. Ask a hometown pro about these Blue Bear services:
- Delivering site-sorted materials to recycling facilities
