Special Waste
Safe handling for hazardous loads.
Special Waste Hauling & Disposal Services
Handling special waste takes more than the right roll-off. To avoid project delays, fines, or legal issues, you need a local pro who knows the rules. Denver and Phoenix customers trust Blue Bear to coordinate regulated waste hauling, comply with state guidelines, and document every step of the process. Serving contractors, builders, and business owners, we provide safe, sustainable disposal for regulated waste streams — from friable and non-friable asbestos to meth debris and more.
Not sure what qualifies as special waste? Ask your Denver or Phoenix team before loading the dumpster. Acceptable materials vary with landfill agreements and state regulations, so we’ll help you navigate the compliance maze. If we can’t haul it, we’ll connect you with a trusted network provider who can, and we’ll help you fast-track jobsite audits or permitting along the way.

Hazardous & Special Waste FAQs
-
Can I use my dumpster to dispose of toxic and hazardous waste?
By law, customers cannot use Blue Bear roll-offs for items deemed “toxic” by state or federal guidelines. Roll-off restrictions include, but are not limited to: paint, herbicides, pesticides, chemicals, oil, tires, fuels, electronics, or Freon-powered appliances. Government regulation also prevents Blue Bear vehicles from hauling most hazardous waste and all free liquids.
